When we designed CRUX logbook, we thought of a treasure that allows you to leave traces of sensory experiences. It aims to be an experience companion for those who enjoy discovering what lies beyond a drink.
In it you will find a brief summary with information about wines, as well as tasting tips so that you can express your senses when experiencing the tasting of a wine.
For those who are just starting out in this world, it contains a guide on how to experience a sensory analysis of wine (wine tasting), what are the general characteristics of the different grape varieties, a glossary of the most used words to describe a drink, as well as wine pairing tips and small tips on temperature and wine storage.
Those who treasure this logbook, also treasure their drinks, that is why we designed stock lists of important wines to keep track of the time of storage, as well as where they are located in your winery, contact lists to register suppliers and a section of free sheets to organise your space in the world.
As we know that those who travel this world also like to accompany their moments with other drinks, we dared to leave you the recipes of the classic cocktails worldwide and then blank recipe books for you to complete with your favourite cocktails, or with those that you discover with different drinks in the ones presented in our Meetings in Sintra
